My name is Kahmen, and I’m a Londoner by choice.
London’s a vibrant, bustling and dynamic city, full of life and more people crammed into the space than you ever thought possible. It’s part of what makes it brilliant.
But it also means that space is tough to come by, and small apartments mean small kitchens.

Small kitchens present unique challenges; an oven isn’t always guaranteed, a bench might hold a maximum of one chopping board and one plate, or you might not have a microwave. There’s simply not the luxury of being able to manage a kitchen the same way, and anyone who’s ever tried to play musical pots with a two-hob stove knows exactly what I’m talking about.
tinykitchen is about stripping down recipes to their simplest forms without sacrificing flavour. It’s about maximum enjoyment and minimum fuss. It’s about enjoying life in and out of the kitchen.
Welcome to my blog. I’d love to hear from you! xx
It’s a nice and cozy little kitchen and that’s what comes with big cities. I live in a small town of 120,000 people so we have larger kitchens but less in terms of entertainment, dining and eating out etc. It doesn’t really matter as long as you enjoy the food that from tiny kitchen. Wish you a lovely weekend!
